Yirgacheffe is one of Ethiopia's most iconic specialty coffee regions, and the natural-process lots from the Gedeo Zone are especially renowned for their clean, bright fruit character. The coffee featured in this article, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Natural Boyefi G1, comes from the Gedeo Zone in the SNNPR Region.
