Recently, however, many customers have noticed that the flavor of this signature drink has changed dramatically, with the ginger taste becoming noticeably sharper and more pungent. It turns out that the dry ginger soda in the recipe was switched from Schweppes to Watsons, shifting the taste from lightly sweet and mildly spicy to intense and bracing.
