Panama Illeta Estate Coffee: Grinding and Brewing Key Points for a Mellow, Well-Balanced Sweet-and-Sour Cup

Boquete, Panama, is located in Chiriqui Province, bordering Costa Rica. It is a globally renowned Geisha producing region and is also famous for its high-quality Arabica coffee. Located in the mountainous area of Boquete at about 4,000 feet above sea level, the Tedman & MacIntyre Estate originates from two early major coffee families in Panama.
