Artisan is an open-source software for coffee roasting professionals, whose core purpose is to record, analyze, and manage the temperature change curves during the roasting process. When used with temperature recorders or proportional-integral-derivative controllers (PID controllers), the system can automatically generate various roasting indicators, providing data support for roasters to adjust the final coffee flavor.

Artisan supports running multiple temperature recorders simultaneously and can perform symbolic operations on device outputs. Temperature units can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius for display and conversion.
