Introduction to the Coffee Producing Region West Java Province is a first-level administrative region of Indonesia, located in the western section of Java Island, with the Java Sea to the north and the Indian Ocean to the south, and includes nearby islands, covering an area of about 46,300 square kilometers. Java has a tropical rainforest climate, hot and humid year-round.
The northern coastal plains have the highest temperatures, while the mountainous areas are noticeably cooler. High humidity often creates a tiring climatic feeling. Indian botanists therefore crossed the first generation S288 with the Kent variety, which was a hybrid of first-generation S288 and Typica, and then crossed it with second-generation S288, ultimately forming today's S795.

Processing Method Honey processing is a relatively complex, time-consuming, and difficult processing method. The first step is to select high-quality fruit, then remove the pulp and leave the mucilage, which is the core of honey processing. The mucilage is rich in sugar and acidity, and during the drying process, the sweetness and acidity slowly penetrate into the coffee beans. The second step is drying, which is also the most important condition for producing high-quality coffee beans. Honey processing allows the coffee to retain the cleanliness of washed processing. Although the brightness decreases somewhat, it increases sweetness and caramel mouthfeel.
